Discussions about leadership in organizations have been going on for a long time and we also are starting to see some of those discussions come to the fruition. On this episode, we talk with Kurt Merriweather of The Diversity Movement and Walk West and Tamara Terry, a researcher at RTI International and chair of the new Inclusion and Equity Committee at the American Association for Public Opinion Research.
